The Long Term Care Insurance course starts by covering the need for long term care insurance. They cover the aspects of what Medicaid and Medicare pays for and what long term care insurance is, what it pays and does not pay, where to get it, where to use it and what to look for in policies. They will conclude with a coverage of the latest changes in coverage and the tax treatment of premiums and payments.

This course examines the definition of long term care, when benefits apply, types of care given, sources for care and insurance that may be bought to pay for the care. It also explains the related tax deductions and requirements as well as business deductions, and what to look for and expect to pay for a policy.
A scheduled, online course viewable on any computer or device with Zoom access; suitable for single person use. Webinar include: online course, eBook download, & PDF of PowerPoint slides. CPE credit will be issued based on log in time and percentage of polling questions answered.
